Ingredients

  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup additional sugar
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, and knead until smooth.
  5. Let dough rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread crushed Oreos and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
  10. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Top with cream cheese frosting before serving.
