Description
Delicious cinnamon rolls stuffed with Oreo cookies.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup additional sugar
- 1 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, and knead until smooth.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread crushed Oreos and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with cream cheese frosting before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Reheat rolls in the microwave for a few seconds.
- Add more Oreos for a richer flavor.
