Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in sour cream and whipped cream until combined.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 55-60 minutes until set.
  9. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.
