- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the orange glaze over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot, drizzling extra glaze over the top if desired.
