- 4 large oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the orange segments and mini marshmallows.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream, cottage cheese, chopped walnuts, and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the creamy mixture into the fruit mixture.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts with pecans if desired.
- This salad can be made a few hours in advance.
