- 2 cups orange segments
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer the torn croissants and orange segments in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the croissant and orange layers.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve warm.
