  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp orange juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, orange juice, vegetable oil, and orange zest.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in cranberries.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool before glazing.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
  9. Drizzle glaze over the cooled bread.
