Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add shrimp, cook until pink.
- Stir in paprika and red pepper flakes.
- Add orzo and chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until orzo is tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes, stir, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
