A simple and delicious one pot lasagna pasta recipe.
Ingredients

- 12 oz lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 4 cups water
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
- Add the marinara sauce, water, and Italian seasoning.
- Break the lasagna noodles in half and add them to the pot.
- Stir and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until noodles are cooked.
- Stir in the ricotta cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and let it melt for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Use ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
