- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated parmesan.
- Mix until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
