Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
