A quick and easy one pot creamy kielbasa pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 12 ounces kielbasa, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sliced kielbasa, and cook until onion is translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
- Make sure to stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- For a lighter version, substitute half and half for heavy cream.
