Ingredients

  • 12 ounces kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sliced kielbasa, and cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add pasta, chicken broth, and heavy cream to the pot.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
  6. Stir in spinach and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
