A simple and delicious one pot creamy garlic chicken pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 ounces of pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until combined.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Notes
- You can use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
