- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning.
- Bring to a boil, then add the pasta.
- Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
