Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, elbow macaroni, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
