A creamy and delicious one pot chicken broccoli alfredo dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and fettuccine to the pot.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
