- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 12 ounces pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat.
- Add the pasta, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- This dish can be topped with fresh parsley for garnish.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
