- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the taco seasoning.
- Add the pasta, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add bell peppers or corn for extra vegetables.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
