Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large pan, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Once noodles are cooked, stir in butter and mix well.
- Return chicken to the pan and heat through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
