Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped olives
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped olives into the dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
- Place the loaf in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing and serving.

- Use green or black olives based on your preference.
- Experiment with adding herbs for extra flavor.
