- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in the skillet.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer (internal temperature should reach 160°F).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
