A classic dish made with salmon, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon (14.75 oz)
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Drain the salmon and remove any bones.
- In a bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
- These patties can be frozen for later use.
