Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup of onion, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain the salmon and remove any bones.
  2. In a bowl, mix the salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm.
