Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 eggs (beaten)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a large pot, combine rice, milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add beaten eggs slowly while stirring to combine.
- Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm or chilled.
- Can be topped with raisins or nuts.
