Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, combine raisins and water. Cook until boiling.
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl.
- Stir sugar mixture into raisin mixture. Cook until thickened.
- Add lemon juice and butter. Stir to combine.
- Pour filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until crust is golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
