Description
A classic old-fashioned pasta salad mixed with creamy mayo.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix well.
- Add diced bell peppers, celery, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pickle relish.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding cooked bacon or shredded cheese.
- Adjust ingredients based on your preference.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
