- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Add beef broth; bring to a boil.
- Stir in elbow macaroni; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
