- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
