Delicious shrimp burritos seasoned with Old Bay spice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with Old Bay seasoning and olive oil.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Layer rice, black beans, shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream on each tortilla.
- Wrap tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Old Bay seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add other toppings like avocado or salsa.
