Ingredients

- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a large bowl, mix pecans and peanuts.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the nuts and stir well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
