- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
- Stir in the mixed nuts, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread the nut mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
