Description
A classic Oklahoma fried onion burger made with ground beef and crispy onions.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 hamburger buns
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
- Form ground beef into patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Place patties on top of the cooked onions in the skillet.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip the patties.
- Cook for another 4-5 minutes until desired doneness.
- Serve on hamburger buns with onions on top.
Notes
- You can add cheese if desired.
- Serve with your favorite condiments.
- Adjust the onion quantity based on preference.
