Ingredients

  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, diced apples, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
