Description
A hearty oatmeal apple breakfast bake that combines wholesome oats with fresh apples.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 apples, diced
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, diced apples, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix in vanilla extract.
- Add the egg mixture to the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped walnuts.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the microwave before serving.
- Add raisins or other fruits for variation.
