Description

A delicious nutty banana gooey chocolate peanut butter pie.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Layer sliced bananas on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  6. Spread the peanut butter filling over the bananas.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with milk in a saucepan over low heat.
  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
  9. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe bananas for better flavor.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
