Description

Delicious Nutella truffles coated in chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix Nutella and crushed graham crackers until combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small balls and roll them into truffles.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or powdered sugar.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and chill until set.
