Ingredients
- Noodles: 200 grams of egg noodles or rice noodles
- Bell Peppers: 2 mixed-color bell peppers, sliced
- Broccoli Florets: 1 cup of broccoli florets
- Carrots: 2 julienned carrots
- Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
- Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
- Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Green Onions: 2 chopped green onions
- Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the noodles by boiling them in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Chop the vegetables: slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and julienne the carrots.
- If using protein, cook it in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the vegetables, stirring to coat them well.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the vegetables and sauce, tossing gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
