Ingredients

  • Noodles: 200 grams of egg noodles or rice noodles
  • Bell Peppers: 2 mixed-color bell peppers, sliced
  • Broccoli Florets: 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • Carrots: 2 julienned carrots
  • Soy Sauce: 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • Garlic: 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
  • Sesame Oil: 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Green Onions: 2 chopped green onions
  • Sesame Seeds: 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles by boiling them in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Chop the vegetables: slice bell peppers, cut broccoli into florets, and julienne the carrots.
  3. If using protein, cook it in a skillet with olive oil until fully cooked, then set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the vegetables and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the vegetables, stirring to coat them well.
