Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the turkey breast with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add butternut squash and cook until tender.
- Mix quinoa, cranberries, and green beans into the pan.
- Stuff the turkey breast with the quinoa mixture.
- Place the turkey in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 1.5 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
