Description
No churn ice cream is an easy homemade dessert that requires no ice cream maker.
Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional mix-ins (chocolate chips, fruit, nuts)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture.
- Add any optional mix-ins and fold until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop and serve your no churn ice cream.
Notes
- Use any flavor of extract for variation.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping.
