Ingredients

- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
- Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Pour in the broth and add butter.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Once cooked, mash the potatoes with a potato masher.
- Stir in milk until you reach the desired consistency.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
