Description

A quick and easy no bake dessert with layers of vanilla and coffee flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the cooled coffee.
  4. Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, soak the ladyfingers longer.
  • You can substitute the mascarpone with cream cheese if desired.
