Description

A refreshing no-bake strawberry lasagna made with layers of strawberries, cream cheese, and whipped topping.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (9 oz) graham crackers
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk and pudding mix until thickened.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and pudding.
  5. Repeat layers, ending with strawberries on top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
