A delicious no bake strawberry jello lasagna that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of strawberry jello
  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tub of whipped cream (8 oz)
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  8. Pour half of the jello mixture over the strawberries.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • Allow enough chilling time for layers to set.
  • Graham crackers can be replaced with other cookies if desired.
