A delicious no bake strawberry jello lasagna that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package of strawberry jello
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 tub of whipped cream (8 oz)
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Dissolve the strawberry jello in 2 cups of boiling water.
- Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour half of the jello mixture over the strawberries.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
- Allow enough chilling time for layers to set.
- Graham crackers can be replaced with other cookies if desired.
