- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup of strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- In a dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Drizzle with strawberry jam.
- Repeat the layers ending with the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
