A no-bake pink paradise candy cheesecake that combines creamy cheesecake with colorful candy.

- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup pink candy, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
- Add chopped pink candy and mix well.
- If desired, add food coloring to achieve a pink color.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
