No bake peanut butter oatmeal bars are a quick and healthy snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Add rolled oats and flaxseed meal, stir well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- They can last up to a week in the fridge.
- Substitute maple syrup for honey if needed.
