Description
No bake oatmeal cookies are a quick and easy treat made without the need for an oven.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine honey and cocoa powder over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and begins to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Add rolled oats and mix until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be made with almond butter for a different flavor.
