- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie dishes.
- In another bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice.
- Pour the mixture into the crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Top the chilled pies with whipped cream. Garnish with lime wedges.

- Use fresh key limes for a better flavor.
