No bake mini cheesecakes are simple desserts that require no baking. They are creamy, delicious, and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cupcake liners.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Divide the cheesecake mixture among the crusts.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy.
