Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
  7. Spread the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
