Description
A refreshing no bake lemon blueberry dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for summer.

- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup lemon yogurt
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lemon yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- In a serving dish, layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the lemon mixture on top of the crumbs.
- Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the lemon layer.
- Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
