Description

A refreshing no bake lemon blueberry dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for summer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemon yogurt
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  3. In a serving dish, layer graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of the lemon mixture on top of the crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle fresh blueberries over the lemon layer.
  6. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
