- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 12 gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup molasses
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Layer crushed gingerbread cookies and cheesecake mixture in cups.
- Drizzle molasses on top of each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
