A delightful no bake dessert featuring gingerbread flavors in a creamy cheesecake cup.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the cups.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
