Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed gingerbread cookies
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed gingerbread cookies with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the cookie crust in the cups.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought gingerbread cookies for convenience.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top before serving.
